Hi there Nick and welcome

This is generally causes by sticking rollers.

Can you remove the power to the printer and open it.

Using a damp cloth, wipe all rollers and areas down inside of the printer (so the feed path the paper takes when moving through the printer).

Once done, allow 10 minutes for it to dry, connect the power and try to print.

Tell me how it then operates please.

Sorry - no difference

Can you remove the paper please then flick the ends between your finger.

Once done, put the paper back in and try to print and tell me if it then functions correctly please.
