I set up a new/replacement BT SMART HUB yesterday and everything works fine with the exception of my wireless EPSON OFFICE PRINTER. (EPSON Stylus Office BX935FWD) When 'searching' for an 'air printer' it is not 'recognised'. I've misplaced the set up instructions for the EPSON OFFICE PRINTER. How do I get the printer 'recognised' by lap top/i-Pad etc. with this new hub?

Hi Dai. Welcome to justanswer.

Do you have the usb cable of the printer with you?

Accept the Secure Remote Assistance if you want a quick solution else we will have to continue through this chat only. Let me know how you would like to proceed

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I simply want to deal with this one off question and am not interested in any other deals on offer

Please can we continue with this chat only.

Actually the process becomes quite complicated while instructing you through this chat and that is why I wanted you to choose the Secure Remote Assistance as I would have done setting up the printer myself.

But no worries if you want to continue through this.

Turn on your printer and press Home button.
