Hi. Welcome to justanswer.

First backup your data and then format the sd card. Then make a video and check if you are getting the error or not.

Press MENU button and find the tab called SETUP (or equivalent of it, a spanner icon). Check if you find any option of System Frequency?

Yes it is the sd card. Try formatting it two three times through computer. If it is still not working then better dump that card. It has become corrupted.
