Hi, my name is ***** ***** I will do my best to help you today. To make sure I don’t miss anything, please give me a minute to review your question.

You can connect a soundbar in Audio Out RCA jacks with analog audio cable or Digital Audio Out with an optical cable on rear of this TV.

Please reply back if you have any additional question.

the only ports on the soundbar are 2 hdmi , when I connect them to the tv it kills the sound from the tv but dosnt come through sound bar, the tv automaticly changes to the home cinema setting as it says in the instructions but no sound from the sound bar

Soundbar does have AUX IN input, use RCA Stereo to 3.5mm pin audio cable, insert 3.5mm pin (headphones pin) of audio cable in AUX IN hole of soundbar and lug RCA prongs in Audio Out jacks on rear of TV, select AUX IN input in soundbar that should get you TV sound in soundbar.
