How can I pevent my J6520DW printer printing in tiled formI am trying to print a phote on A5 in publisherThe layout is correct but I cannot get the printer to print on one pageThxChris

Hi Chris,

What operating system are you using?

What software are you printing from?

Customer: replied 4 months ago.
Windows 10
Have tried publisher 2016 Word 2016 and publisher 2007

From the File menu choose Print, make sure your printing options are set as you want them - ensure Tiling is turned off, and then click OK.

Let me know if you need remote assistance to troubleshoot this.

Have tried printing from File in publisher 2016 but the tiled option is not available. Where should I look for this in Windows 10 etc. The paper size I am trying to use is B5
  1. Select the Page Design tab.
  2. In the Page Setup group, select Size and click the icon that represents the page size that you want. For example, select B5.

Let me know if you need remote assistance with this.

Unfortunately the printer gives B% as an unusable paper size!!

Do you have B5 paper loaded in the printer?

Have you tried installing the latest version of the printer driver?

Customer: replied 4 months ago.
to both questions

Ok, so the problem is within Publisher.
Previously you mentioned A5, now you mention B5.

You will need to ensure that the size and the paper size are the same.

Can you check those please?

Customer: replied 4 months ago.
In publisher it is b5. But the printer says that size is unacceptableI got over the immediate problem by using another printer which accepted b5. An up photosmart

Ok, then it seems it is a driver compatibility issue with the current setup.

Customer: replied 4 months ago.
how do I get around that or is it impossible?

Until a driver update is released to fix this bug it will be impossible to get around it with the J6520DW printer.

Thank you. I guess I will just have to wait
