Have now been waiting over 30 min but was advised 8 min

Hi there,

What happens if you press on the small blue circles?

Customer: replied 5 months ago.
I didn't try because had only had the thing two days, supposed to be in good condition with no screen problems, so contacted seller and he didn't know. Packed it up to return, but am wondering if I should just keep it, returning is a hassle. Am recovering from cancer so things more difficult. I paid nearly £600

They are under the screen, not on it and I am worried about making it worse if I do need toreturnit

Sorry you have to deal with this and I will try my best to help you.

The small blue circles may just be shortcuts that are activated if you touch them - I would need to see a photo of the screen to be sure though.

Customer: replied 5 months ago.
One circle is about the size of a pin head, the other around 3 tomes its size diagonal to it and almost touching it

Ok, that sounds more like a damaged display.

I they are visible when the phone is powered off then it should be returned.
