I can’t find the hash key on my Lenovo laptop. I bought it in South Africa and when I got over here found some keys had changed. Can you help?
Assistant: What's the brand/model and Operating System (OS) of your laptop?
Customer: Windows 7 intel core i3
Assistant: What have you tried so far with your laptop? Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: I instal every update that comes from Microsoft, I never miss
Assistant: Anything else you want the Computer Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Just that since I’ve had the Laptop when I type it jumps from where I’m typing to another part of the message or even the title and just adds on there, very frustrating but as I bought my machine in SA and then moved here there was not much I could do
