Hi, my name is***** you have to deal with this and I will try my best to help you with your question.
First, power off the phone and remove the SIM card from it.
Then wipe the SIM card to clean it, and re-insert it into the phone again.
Now turn the phone back on, and wait a few minutes for it to start up.
Reply back and let me know if that worked?
Who is your network provider? (e.g. O2, Vodafone, 3, T-Mobile)
There are no network problems with 3 this evening.
Can you check that the phone is not in Airplane mode?
On the phone, go to Settings - More Networks.
Tap on mobile networks and then go to Network operators.
Your device will search for the 3 network. If it doesn’t, just tap the Search networks.
Now select the network based on strength and subscription.
Can you log on to your 3 account to ensure it is still active and there are no problems with your account?
If the account is good, can you test the SIM card in a different phone to see if it can get a connection ok there?
