Hi my Samsung TV switch’s it self on and off the Tv is just under 4 years old
JA: What's the brand and model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: Samsung UE48JU6500 Smart ultra HD 48”
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: Menus works fault happens just after the TV is turn on

How frequently is it going on and off?

Mostly just after the TV is turned on this wii happen 3/4 times and then run normally .

Right so the issue is intermittent, when the fault occurs do you see the standby light flash a number of times before repeating?

Secondly how long have you have you 48" 6500 series TV?

The Tv was bought Dec 2015

This would point to a intermittent hardware fault on the main board, it is possible the power board could be fault but would have expected you to have seen the fault more regular and see the standby light flash.

A new main board would cost around £50 in parts, I would suggest getting a Tv engineer out to fit it as they can test the power board with a multi meter, and verify its the main board is at fault before replacing it, as well as ensuring the correct main board is ordered (since there are a few variants on your model).
