My samsung tab SM t-800 has suddenly become very slow to boot up. When it does so it cannot find wi-fi networks. Any ideas how to fix?
JA: Who makes your router?
Customer: Tenda
JA: What have you tried so far?
Customer: Tried a soft reset. When I go to wi-fi screen there are no networks showing
JA: Anything else you want the Network Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: No

Hi there and welcome

Can you go to settings, apps, press on the three dot top right then show system apps

Then locate Google Services framework

press it and press clear data

Then restart the tab and tell me how it functions please

But does not actually turn on?

No

ok, we will need to do a reset of the tablet

First back up any data you need to keep off the tablet as this will remove everything

Then go to settings, search for Factory Reset and run it

Once done, set up the tab and tell me how it now functions please

Reset to .factory settings. Going through the set up but still cannot turn on wi fi

Thanks

It is the internal mainboard that has faulted.

I am really sorry about this and you are going to have to return the unit to have it replaced. It will be covered by the warranty if this has not expired, and the replacement will be done at no cost to you.

I am really sorry about this, and if you have problems, or would like any additional information or assistance, please do not hesitate to let me know.

And if you can take a second to rate my service by clicking one of the stars at the top of the page, then submit, that would be greatly appreciated.
