Hi my tv suddenly went wrong. It only shows a quarter of the screen but gives a full sized screen when the small picture is up on right corner.
JA: What's the brand and model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: LG , 37". 37LF66/ze.aecyljg
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: Menu works. Problem is only on 2 linked tvs
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this?
Customer: About an hour ago the picture went diagonal stripped just before
