I have a IN34 projector and the bulb has just gone; I have another to fit but I read I have to put the time back to zero for the new bulb to work. How do I do this please/ Thanks Martin
JA: How long have you had your IN34?
Customer: Difficult to say but some years, maybe 6plus or so but not heavy use
JA: What have you tried so far?
Customer: The build just went the other day at a talk; I had the spare and am ready to fit it
JA: Anything else you want the Electronics Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Sorry - bulb not built
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
It’s an In Focus (IN 34) projector
that is correct, you will need to reset the bulb timer
Follow these steps please.
Resetting the lamp timer
To reset the lamp timer, navigate to the Settings>Service menu and select
Reset Lamp Hours

did that work for you?
