JA: How long have you had your HDM1?
Customer: years, never access before
JA: What have you tried so far?
Customer: will, I have a duplicate image between windows and television, but not perfect merrowing.
JA: What's the brand and model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: wow-! I would of to check that out, Panasonic, 42'', the year I would need to check
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: you say problem...but, the problem such as it is, is only that I am unable to adjust the size of the duplicate image so it mirrors the windows image precisely.
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this?
Customer: The pitcher has never match precisely, which has never being a problem, really.. In fact, the chose zoom is often very nice when they work, but, of course full -frame is also desirable.
JA: Anything else you want the TV Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: the problem, in a nutshell, is zoom, too much.
