Can you please remove the power to the unit (so unplug it from the power socket).

Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the unit, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.

I unplugged it 2 days ago and tried it again last night but still same

unplug all the speakers from it and the antenna and then power it on

what then happens?

It is the internal mainboard that has faulted, this now confirms it
