I have a galaxy 585 and i accidently turned on voice support

i have a galaxy 585 and i accidently turned on voice support and i cant get it to turn of any help please

Customer: when i turn it on it goes eo a voice and the passwrd comes up but i cant enter it

I'm sorry about the issue. You will need to double-tap on each of the characters in your password, then double-tap on option Done / continue. (Or you may need to tap once on each character, then double-tap on that character.)

- You will need to double tap an icon / option to open it, and scroll with two fingers down the screen instead of one. (Or you may need to tap once on an icon / option, then double-tap on that icon / option.)

- How to turn off Voice:

  1. Double tap Apps.
  2. Double tap Settings.
  3. Scroll down with two fingers and double tap Accessibility.
  4. Double tap Vision if shown.
  5. Double tap Voice Assistant or TalkBack.
  6. Double tap the slider to disable Voice Assistant (or TalkBack).
  7. If prompted, double tap OK / confirm.

it will not let me swipe down screen it wont let me into apps that is the trouble i know how to get out of accesability but it wont let me into the apps help please

Per my previous suggestion above, did you use two fingers for swiping the screen?

no differance

Press and hold at the same time the two buttons Volume Down and Power for about 7 to 10 seconds and check. Thank you.

  1. If that still does not work, press and hold the Power button to power off the tablet.
  2. Then press and hold at the same time the three buttons Volume Up, Home, Power until the Samsung logo / recovery menu appears.
  3. Then use the Volume Up / Down button to select option wipe data/factory reset, then press Power button.
  4. Then use the Volume Up / Down button to select option Yes, then press Power button.
  5. Once the reset process is finished, press Power button to reboot system now.
  6. Follow the on-screen setup instructions.
    - Note: If needed, please check at the back / bottom of your internet modem / router device(s) for the passphrase / key / password *****; that is usually your Wi-Fi wireless password; it is case-sensitive.
