Hopefully, we can get this resolved quickly.Find Command (⌘), Option, P, and R on your keyboard.Turn on your Mac.Press and hold the Command-Option-P-R keys immediately after you hear the startup sound.Hold these keys until the computer restarts and you hear the startup sound for a second time.Release the keys.
Let me know please if it now starts correctly.
Can you please disconnect the power cable from the Macbook.
Then hold the power button for 60 seconds then release.
Then connect the power cable, power it on and tell me if it now starts please.

Can you connect the charger to a different power socket.
Does it then show as charging?
It is the internal powerboard in the macbook that has faulted.
I am really sorry about this and you are going to have to return the macbook to have this replaced. It will be covered by the warranty if this has not expired, and the replacement will be done at no cost to you.
