I’m sorry to hear you're having trouble with your printer. I know that can be frustrating. Hopefully, we can get this resolved quickly.
Please note, a rating is only needed when we are finished.
Can you please remove the power to the printer (so unplug it from the power socket).
Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the printer, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.

Are you connecting to the printer via wireless or USB?

Are you using a windows or mac computer?
Please click start, control panel, then go to devices and printers.
then right click on the printer if it shows and choose remove, then restart the computer
Go back to devices and printers.
Click on Add Printer, wait for the printer to show then click on it and let it install.
Once it has installed, try to print to it and tell me how it then functions please.
did you see the printer in the list when you clicked on add printer?
Do you have the disk still that came with the printer?
Go back and check if it returned, if it did, remove it again and repeat till all copies are gone and it stays removed.

Run the installation then tell me how it now functions please.
