Assistant: What's the brand and model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: 8 years old Samsung PS51D450 51
Assistant: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: Yes we got the menu up

What happens when you try to run auto-tune?

Try selecting the option to reset the TV first.

After it has been reset to its factory condition, try running Auto Tune again.
