I have a box made by TVONICS which was working fine until just recently, but now it will not record or let me access the library. I have cleared some disk space and switched off at the mains and switched back on again, but no joy I’m afraid

You will need to try resetting the box.

There should be an option in the settings menu to reset or initlialise the box.
