My Brother printer has started to jam when using 2-sided printing
JA: What Brother model do you have?
Customer: MFC-J4625DW
JA: How long has this been going on with your Brother printer?
Customer: Just over the last few days
JA: When did you last update the Operating System (OS) on the computer or device you're printing from?
Customer: Can't remember but not that recently
JA: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: No just the issue about duplex printing

This can happen if some torn paper is stuck inside the printer, and is causing the paper to jam. Check for any torn pieces of paper and remove them.
This can also happen if the duplex module inside the printer is starting to wear - if the grippers are no longer gripping the paper and moving it correctly, the paper will get jammed.
