Customer: My samsung calendar has stopped syncing with my office 365 account. how do i make it start again?
JA: What Samsung product do you have?
Customer: Galaxy S8
JA: What Operating System (OS) are you running on your Galaxy?
Customer: not sure how can i check?
JA: The Smartphone Technician will be able to walk you through that. How long has this been going on with your Galaxy? What have you tried so far?
Customer: i have been struggling for about 10 days, i have tried manually syncing but it does not work.

Do you get an error message when you try to sync the calendar?

Can you access your Office 365 account on any other device and see the calendar there?

yes on all other devices the calendar is syncing, just not on my phone

Ok, try removing the account from the phone and then add it again.

In the Calendar app, select "Edit Calendars", then "Choose Calendar", and select the calendar you want to remove. Then click "Delete Calendar" and confirm if you are certain you have selected the right one.

To add it again, select "Edit Calendars", then click "Add Calendar".

If the calendar is linked to an email or Outlook account then you can try removing that and adding it back again instead.
