Hi, I have had my Panasonic television for about 15yrs, when I switched off last night all was ok, when I switched on today it indicates no signal, I checked my aerial leads and also attempted to re tune but still no signal can this be a problem in the TV ?
JA: What Panasonic model do you have? How old is it?
Customer: Panasonic Model TH-37PX60B- Viera around 15 yrs old
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: Yes the menu works
JA: How long has this been an issue with your TH-37PX60B-? What happened right before this?
Customer: It started yesterday The night before it was ok. switched on the next day at the indication was no signal
JA: Anything else you want the TV Expert to know before I connect you?

Can you please remove the power to the TV (so unplug it from the power socket).

Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the TV, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.
