Watched tele last night no problem and now I just get weak or no signal.Tried to fololw the guidance given on google but no furhter forward.
JA: What's the brand and model of your product?
Customer: samsung 933hd
JA: What have you tried so far with your Samsung product?
Customer: made sure on source it is on tv also tried to go thru the Menu and retune but dont know where I am looking for that.
JA: What's the brand and model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: where do I find that do you mean model code?
JA: The TV Technician will be able to walk you through that. Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?

Hello,

If you are watching freeview on the TV then you will need to check the aerial to see if it has shifted or moved.
