Follow these steps please.
ess and hold the Volume up+Bixby buttons.

While continuing to hold volume up and bixby, press and hold the Power button until the device vibrates and the Samsung Galaxy S9 logo appears then release all buttons.
Note This action boots the device to the Android Recovery screen.
Note Allow up to 15 seconds for the recovery screen to appear.

From the Android Recovery screen, select Wipe data/factory reset.
Note Utilize the volume buttons to cycle through the available options and the power button to select.

Select Yes.
Note Allow several seconds for the factory data reset to complete.

Select Reboot system now.
Note Allow several minutes for the reboot process to complete.

Hi Randy. Thanks for your help. It went to Initialising mode, then half way through said errorr and went back to flashing between blank and samsung logo. I cant get it to go again.
