I got brother MFC J6920DW for the last 2-3 years. Yesterday

Hello I got brother MFC J6920DW for the last 2-3 years. Yesterday it was working ok. Then all of a sudden it went dead. The lights do no come on.
JA: What device is not powering up?
Customer: Nothing happened.. I checked the fuse that is OK.
JA: How long have you had your MFC J6920DW?
Customer: for about 2-3 years.
JA: What have you tried so far with your Brother product?
Customer: I was using copying printing. It was working OK. Then dead. nothing happens.
JA: What's the brand and model of your printer?
Customer: MFC J 6920 DW. A3 printer, scanning, copying
JA: How long has this been going on with your A3?
Customer: It worked all this time, then yesterday it went dead.
JA: When did you last update the Operating System (OS) on the computer or device you're printing from?
Customer: about 3 months ago.
JA: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I was happy with the printer. then It went dead. first time ever.

I’m sorry to hear you're having trouble with your printer. I know that can be frustrating. Hopefully, we can get this resolved quickly.

Can you please remove the power to the printer (so unplug it from the power socket).

Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the printer, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.

It was done yesterday. Fuse was also checked. Still nothng happened. It is completely dead.

I am sorry to hear that.

It is the internal powerboard in the printer that has faulted.

I am really sorry about this and you are going to have to return the printer to have it replaced. It will be covered by the warranty if this has not expired, and the replacement will be done at no cost to you.
