We have a Devolo duo installation to connect my computer which is upstairs to the hub, downstairs. Because the internet wasn't working and a red light was flashing instead of a constant green one, it was reset in 3 places:- where the devolo was plugged in upstairs, the hub, downstairs and where the hub was plugged in, behind the couch. However, although the internet is now working fine for my computer, it isn't working for the catch-up connection on the TV [whereby we can watch any TV programs we might have missed during the week]. Pleas help.

Customer: Sorry, don't know what that is

You can usually resolve this type of problem by resetting the powerline adapters and then setting them up again.
