We have recently re programmed our Apple Mac to Catalonia software and seem to have lost the ability to scanned save documents. Can you help us please?We have an MG2950 Canon printer

JA: How long has this been going on with your Pixma?
Customer: since we reprogrammed the Applemac 2 months ago
JA: When did you last update the Operating System (OS) on your model
Customer: never done so - not sure how. do you mean the printer or the computer?

Follow these steps on your Mac please.
Choose Apple menu > System Preferences, then click Printers & Scanners.If you don’t see your scanner in the list at the left, click the Add button . If a pop-up menu appears, choose Add Printer or Scanner.Select your scanner, then click Add.
