I am 92 and not very clever with IT. I cannot get subtitles on TV films etc Can you help please?
JA: What's the brand and model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: TV about one year old and I am so sorry I am rooms away from TV so will have to go and check these. Am disabled so its going to take a while
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: I have subtitles on Netflix and BBC channels but cannot fathom out how to get them on Amazon Prime. Can you do it remotely as Netflix did?
JA: Anything else you want the TV Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Just need subtitles please

To turn on Amazon subtitles, after playback has started, tap the Menu > Subtitles > On.
