Can you please remove the power to the soundbar (so unplug it from the power socket).
Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the soundbar, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.

No, the optical port or the cable.
Can you use a different optical cable and tell me how that functions please.
