I need some help setting up a new printer to my latop. I

Hi Pearl, i need some help setting up a new printer to my latop. I downloaded the relevant driver but get a message saying the computer can't create an output file. There is no option other than to close.
JA: How are you connecting to your printer: wirelessly or by USB?
Customer: wirelessly
JA: When did you last update the printer driver software?
Customer: this is my first time of using the kit, both laptop and ptinter are new
JA: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: i'd also like to be able to connect it to another laptop and my smart phone, is that possible/. It's a TS6250 btw

To install the driver:

1. Right click the downloaded file.

2. Select Properties.

3. In the General tab, if an “unblock” button is present, click it.

4. Try now to run the program now.

If that doesn't work, try running the program as an administrator and see if the issue persists.
