I have just travelled with my Canon Pixma Ip110 and when

Good morning, I have just travelled with my Canon Pixma Ip110 and when setting up it is not printing. the ink cartridges are showing red. What is wrong? Do i need to something with the switch under the cartridges?
JA: What kind of computer or device are you printing from?
Customer: Canon IP110
JA: How long has this been going on with your Pixma?
Customer: It is brand new and first time i have travelled with the printer
JA: When did you last update the Operating System (OS) on the computer or device you're printing from?
Customer: Hm don't think i ever done. Literally just installed it before I left home, but printed some docs and it was working
JA: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?

Try this please.
Disconnect the power cord from the Printer. Wait 2 minutes then reconnect the power cord to the printer
Then power on the printer and remove the ink cartridges. Then reinsert the cartridges. Then try printing.
