my sky went off and is saying the card needs paired but when thats done it still comes up same message i have a man look at it and thinks the card has a fault in it

Can you please remove the power to the skybox (so unplug it from the power socket).

Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the skybox , turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.

It then looks like the card has faulted, can you please call 0333 7591 018 and organize a replacement.
