JA: What's the brand and model of your product?
Customer: Pixma TS3150
JA: What have you tried so far with your Canon product?
Customer: I have tried all the buttons and the paper comes out blank
JA: What's the brand and model of your printer?
Customer: PIXMA TS3150 It is a new one
JA: How long has this been going on with your printer?
Customer: I haven't tried doing this before as it is brand new
JA: When did you last update the Operating System (OS) on the computer or device you're printing from?
Customer: When I received it some few weeks ago
JA: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?

If it is a windows computer.

Please click on start, type in Scan and click on Scan then perform a scan within the windows scan application.

For a mac computer, please go to finder, applications, then open Image Capture and perform a scan within this application.
