I have recently changed my ISP from talktalk to Sky and now my printer will not work
JA: How are you connecting to your printer: wirelessly or by USB?
Customer: Wirelessly
JA: When did you last update the printer driver software?
Customer: when i first started using the printer when i was with Talktalk. Since changing to Sky it will not work
JA: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?

I’m sorry to hear you're having trouble. I know that can be frustrating. Hopefully, we can get this resolved quickly.

You will need to please install the printer on your new network now that it has changed.

Please use the disk that came with the printer and put it into your computer.

Run the installation and it should then install it on your new network and reconfigure it on the computer.
