I am trying to re-tune a TV and I now have a blue screen and cannot seem to get any channels at all!
JA: Are there any HDMI cables or A/V jacks (red, yellow, and white cables) plugged into your TV?
Customer: No I don't think so
JA: Was there a power outage recently?
