JA: What's the brand and model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: As above Model is 43UH620V Serial No 612WRNAK8119 - its an LV produce
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: Only using the hand held controller (sorry mistake before it is the hand held controller which we use
JA: How long has this been an issue with your 43UH620V? What happened right before this?
Customer: 1. Some years 2. switched from live prog to tv film poss channel 3 UK

You can turn subtitles on or off by pressing the [SUB] button on your remote control or by pressing the YouView button then going to Settings > Subtitles & Accessibility > Subtitles. If available, subtitles are automatically recorded even if you have them switched OFF at the time of the recording.
