JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: No power seems to be coming through, we have SMART Tv on the screen then goes black
JA: Anything else you want the TV Expert to know before I connect you?

my samsung Smart TV, switches on However, SMART TV appears on the screen then disappears and the screen becomes black, there is power to the TV and nothing else

the warranty has expired and the TV does not come on
