My emails do not send on my iPhone. What’s happening is that

My emails do not send on my iPhone.
JA: Are emails stuck in your outbox or are you receiving an error message?
Customer: What’s happening is that I send an e mail to myself but it doesn’t arrive.
JA: The Email Technician will be able to walk you through that. Are there any antivirus or firewall settings that could block you from sending mail?
Customer: not as far as I am aware. Another point e mails are fine on laptop. It’s just the phone.
JA: Anything else you want the Email Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I ‘be contacted email supplier and they advise deleting account and setting it up again. I have done this six or seven times.

They are happy that I can get emails through their website . End of issue really.

They have guides to help with the other. They should be helping you to resolve this issue as it is not the phone causing the issue. You could try deleting the account restarting the device and then adding it back, but if that does not work you need to reach out o them. Something is wrong with your account.

I understand there was a person who decided to give up on you at that company. That does not mean they are done helping you. You need to stand up to them. I would help you more in this regard, but all I can do is help you get help from the people who can help you.
