They have guides to help with the other. They should be helping you to resolve this issue as it is not the phone causing the issue. You could try deleting the account restarting the device and then adding it back, but if that does not work you need to reach out o them. Something is wrong with your account.
I understand there was a person who decided to give up on you at that company. That does not mean they are done helping you. You need to stand up to them. I would help you more in this regard, but all I can do is help you get help from the people who can help you.
