JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?
Customer: Tiscali
JA: How do you usually access your email? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Iphone and tablet
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Just going round in circles
JA: Anything else you want the Email Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: It said you could use some symbols within your email address the - being one of them but it doesn't like it
