Hi! My name is Pete. I am the expert who will be assisting you today.
Try setting the temperature to minimum, then power off or unplug the freezer for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, turn it back on again.
Let me know if it appears to work normally again after you do this.
Just reply back when ready or if you need anything else.
What is showing on the display panel?
If the reset doesn't work then the motor may have failed.
What difficulty are you having with it?
Did anything out of the ordinary occur recently that might have caused this?
e.g. a power cut, or the door being left open, or too much food being put in at once?
If the freezer was overfilled then air vents may have been blocked or the door may not have been able to close fully. This could have caused the freezer to defrost, and as a safety feature it will not re-freeze until it has been reset.
If the reset did not work then the compressor may have overheated and burned out trying to keep the freezer cool whilst the door was slightly open.
The compressor will need to be tested and replaced if faulty
You should leave it for a few hours and monitor the temperature.
You are welcome :)Stay safe,
