Hi, I have a canon pixma mg4250 series and it is not connecting to my apple lap top. can you please advise, we’re struggling with the wireless connection?
JA: How are you connecting to your Pixma: wirelessly or by USB?
Customer: wirelessly
JA: When did you last update the printer driver software?
Customer: a while ago!ithink you’ve hit the nail on the head! It’s never worked so I need it urgentas I’m working from home and my son is too!
JA: Anything else you want the Mac Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: thats it, I just need the printer to work, thanks so much,

Can you please remove the power to the printer (so unplug it from the power socket).

Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the printer, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.
