not sure it is an electronic trying to create an account on my Samsung tv
JA: What Samsung model do you have? How old is it?
Customer: not sure because I use my television as a monitor for my computer just over a year old
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: no menu works just trying to create an account but it is not giving the option to reset my pass word think it is not recognising my email
JA: Anything else you want the Email Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I think as I have a Samsung phone they should have my e-mail
