I am trying to watch a programme recorded on Channel 4 about Diego Maradona,but when pressing SELECT it says: pin protected. Enter your Pin. This never been requested before and I am not aware I have a pin. Help, please!
JA: Just to clarify, what device or product are you trying to access?
Customer: Tv Sky+playback
JA: What's the brand and model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: Toshiba WLT66/67. About ten years old
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: Menu works. No other problems. This is the first time that I have been asked for a pin
JA: How long has this been an issue with your WLT66? What happened right before this?
Customer: Absolutely nothing untoward
JA: Anything else you want the TV Expert to know before I connect you?
