Have sky installed but now have no telephone connection for incoming calls. Can call out. Telephone number***********JA: Does your network appear in the Wi-Fi list on your phone?

JA: Are other devices (computer, tablet, etc.) connecting to the router?
Customer: Yes

Can you please remove the power to the modem the phone connects to or a signal (so unplug it from the power socket).

Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the modem, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.

Been on to SKY for three quarters of an hourwith a most helpful girl who has tried every way to get the phone working Some departments are not functioning as you can imagine but she has reported it to engineers whom she hopes may be able to help thank you
