My emails are stuck at 10th march . I can see them on my apple I phone but not my l pad
JA: When did you last charge your Apple phone?
Customer: My emails are stuck on my iPad at 10th March but I can see them on my iphone
JA: Have you tried a force reboot (pressing and holding the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons for 10 seconds)?
Customer: That did not. Work

Try and reenter your BT password ***** the iPad.

To change the outgoing mail password ***** have to go into Settings; then scroll down to Mail, Contacts, Calendars.

From there select your BT Internet account and select the account where it is listed under IMAP.

You will find the details for the account and can change the password ***** the Incoming Mail Server there, but the Outgoing mail server simply shows SMTP and

If you tap on the Outgoing mail server it shows that it is 'on'. You have to tap on that Primary Server in order to find where the Outgoing password ***** ***** so you can update it.

If that does not help you should check what server settings you have. If it is Yahoo settings you should try changing them to the following BT settings

If it is the BTMail settings you could try changing them to the Yahoo settings.
