Our super hub is not working. Have tried rebooting it several times but no joy
JA: Who makes your router?
Customer: Not sure it’s all virgin
JA: What have you tried so far?
Customer: Have tried several times re the instructions turning it & leaving for 60 seconds then switching on again with no success
