Are you on your computer or have you remotely accessed your computer?
You cannot print to your printer at home through your work PC. There is no way to do that. Is that your question?
The only way I would be able to resolve this is through Secure Remote Assistance. I need to be able to see what you are working with.

I’m sorry to hear you're having trouble with your printer. I know that can be frustrating. Hopefully, we can get this resolved quickly.

Can you please remove the power to the printer (so unplug it from the power socket).
Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the printer, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.
