But tv remote can’t start set upSuggests smart app
But think tv needs to be on WiFi to work but tv not been set up so not on WiFiSo really stuckHelp pleaseTom***********

JA: Have you tried to power reset your TV (unplugging the power for 1-2 minutes, then plugging it back in)?

Press the Menu button on your Samsung remote and Open Settings

2Go To General and Select Network.

3Select Open Network Settings

The menu path to access the Network Settings on your TV might vary:

Settings > General > Network > Open Network Settings on newer TVs
Settings > Network > Network Settings on older TVs

4Select Wireless from the Network types

5Select your Wi-Fi network

Please Note: Some TVs (especially 2018 model TVs) only support 2.4Ghz networks.

6Enter the password for your Wi-fi network and Select Done

See if you can find the internet connection settings on your smart TV by going to: Settings > General > Network > Open Network Settings OR Settings > Network > Open Network Settings.

 

To move the cursor on your display, use the up or down arrow on your remote control.

1When your TV is on, press the SETTINGS button on your remote control

2Move the cursor to Network and press the enter button (on some TVs you will need to select General first.)

3Keep the cursor on Open Network Settings and press the enter button

4Choose whether you wish to connect via a Wired connection or a Wireless connection, then press the enter button. If you are connecting via a wired connection, please make sure you have connected the network cable to the back of your TV.

5If you are connecting via a Wired connection, your TV will now be connected. If you are connecting via a Wireless connection, you will need to select your network from the available list.

6If you are connecting via a Wireless connection, you will be prompted to enter your Wi-Fi password. Move the cursor to Done once finished and press enter

7Your TV will now be connected to the internet
