Can you please remove the power to the TV and wifi router (so unplug it from the power socket).
Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the TV and wifi router, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.

ok, it means the TV does not have this, if you wish to use Netflix you need a Roku Stick which you can get here
You connect this to your TV's HDMI port and it will provide you with Netflix plus hundreds of other channels.
But you need this in order to get this on the TV.
