JA: What kind of computer or device are you printing from?
Customer: To a Windows 10 desktop
JA: How long has this been going on with your MG5750?
Customer: I've got to where I need to continue on the computer. I've downloaded the zipped file but the unzipping screen rushes through and disappears before I can select RUN

Click on the link which I provided. Then you have to press I Agree. A file will get downloaded. Just launch that file so that I can connect to you. This is completely secure and after you end the session I will no longer be connected to you.

Have you downloaded the Canon software?

Now launch the downloaded file. Click Yes for permission. Now the file will unzip by itself. Once the process of unzipping the file is complete, the setup will launch. You have to click START SETUP.

You have to install the software first. Have you reached the stage where Canon software Window is open and you have the option to START SETUP?
